Interventional Radiology

Interventional Radiology is a medical specialty that uses minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat disease throughout the body. Interventional radiologists use fluoroscopy (x-rays), CT, ultrasound, MRI or sometimes a combination of these imaging modalities to perform these procedures.

The interventional radiologists at X-ray Medical Group work as a part of a multidisciplinary team of physicians to provide complete patient care. Our interventional radiologists are all licensed medical doctors who are board-certified in diagnostic radiology, have advanced fellowship training in interventional radiology, and have a certificate of advanced qualification (CAQ) in vascular and interventional radiology.
